I am unsure where to begin with Tanya other than to say she is great. I came to her with a house in mind that was being sold by uncompromising and frankly annoying sellers. Tanya did great at navigating through the nonsense of the seller's agent while remaining completely professional. On top of that she did an excellent job of managing my emotions, which I'm sure wasn't always easy to do. She was completely responsive, available to me day and night and really any hour. She also did an excellent job at negotiating the deal and making great referrals. I honestly couldn't have had a better agent. I would refer anyone to her. What impressed me most about Tanya was her knowledge of the process. I was a first time home buyer that was quite frankly unprepared to buy a house - I was only buying at that time because I fell in love with the house and not because I was prepared. However Tanya lead and advised me every step of the way. Again, I couldn't say better things about Tanya. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was moving out of country and was traveling back and fourth. Throughout this process Tanya first advised me on which items in my house I should invest money into in order to get the value in my house. Some items I did not want to do however after getting offers that I did not like I eventually gave in and did the recommendations that Tanya gave me.
